[COMPLETED] Spree #1: Hito Shop

INSTRUCTIONS:

Click on the Hito Shop banner (first picture of this post) to enter Hito Shop website.

Follow the instructions on the right column of Gas Shop, 'How to Order'.

Do take note of the item stock to avoid ordering Out-of-stock or soon to be Out-of-stock items.

Do take note of the size of the item as some items only comes in 1 size (free size).

Do take note of color as well.

Please order carefully to avoid changing orders. It may delay the final ordering or create inconvenience for other spree-ers who have confirmed their orders.

Update #1: Spree opened on Monday, August 18th 2008. Currently awaiting orders.

Update #2: 3 days left for current Spree. Orders will be made on Monday, August 25th at 12 noon.

Update #3: Spree will be closing early today. We will order from agent by tomorrow.

Update #4: Spree closed. Contacted agent but have not placed orders yet. Awaiting agent reply.

Update #5: Paid agent for first 9 items but adding in a 1 more order. Awaiting agent reply before paying for last 2 items. (recalculation) Orders might be delayed.

Update #6: Agent replied, all items added into agent order form. Agent have not ordered yet. Awaiting agent's notification on order status.

Update #7: Agent received payment, items in process of being ordered, OOS item (if any) will be informed by Agent. Awaiting Agent to order items and receive items before shipping.

Update #8: Agent ordered items, items on the way to Agent. 1 item Out-of-Stock. Alvin's M514 Shirt (Brown). Awaiting restock. (Alvin: If you wish to withdraw that item do inform us, a refund will be made =D).

Update #9: Still awaiting Agent reply regarding item status. Will ship out once all items are ready at Agent side.

Update #10: Agent has shipped out items, will be arriving in 2weeks - 4weeks time!

Update #11: All Items have reached Gasshop via Taiwan Airmail. Will be shipping out items tomorrow! =)

Update #12: All Items sent out! Will receive in 5-6 working days.

Shipping Fees

The following costs are inclusive of:

Taiwan Local Shipping + International Shipping + Gas-Shop Handling Fees (local Postage + packaging) + 20% Agent Handling Fees.

Sorry for increment in fees, Agent has increased it's handling to 20%! That's abit too high for the consumers (you and us) already! O_O! We will try to think of a way soon.

Exchange Rate:
1 New Taiwan Dollar (NTD) = 0.05 Singapore Dollar (SGD)

(Subject to revision due to currency fluctuation)

Handling Fees

This is the handling fees for Gas-Shop:

1-3 items: $1.80 per item

4-6 items: $1.50 per item

7-9 items: $1.30 per item

10 items and above: $1.00 per item

(prices are inclusive of local postage (normal mail) & handling).

Registered Mail
If the Handling Fees are insufficient we will contact you via Email to top up.

Depending on how heavy your package is, the price for Registered Mail varies. The pricing for Registered Mail can only be determined once we weigh your package at SingPost hence we are unable to list out how much it is here.

Example: I ordered 1 shirt, 1 bermudas and 1 jacket, which is 1000 NTD in total.

(NTD 1000 x 0.05) + ((SGD4 x 3) + (SGD1.8 x 3)) = SGD50 + (SGD12) + (SGD5.40) = SGD67.40

2. After order form is sent to us, we will send you a confirmation email to reconfirm the order details and total charges.

In this mail, we will notify you of the POSB Savings Account to which you will make payment to.

3. Payment must be made within 48HRS after confirmation email is sent. Failure to do so will result in REJECTION of order.

4. After payment is made. Please provide us with the following details through email:

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment is to be made and received 48HRS upon receiving the first confirmation email. Orders without payment will be CANCELLED.

2. Spree is only applicable to Singapore. Overseas customers are unable to participate in the sprees.

3. Cancellation of orders after orders are shipped is not applicable.

4. Items will normally take 2-4 weeks to arrive from the date they are shipped. However, there may be isolated incidents such as out-of-stock items and flight delay. We thank you for your patience in waiting for your items.

5. Status of items will be updated on this website. We will be contacting the agent for status of the items. (EG. Items has reached from factory to agent in Taiwan, all items are with agent, how many items left before shipping commences, items have arrived in SG, ETC)

6. Gas-Shop will not be responsible for damages incurred during the transportation of the parcel from agent to Gas-Shop. Items ordered are non-refundable nor exchangeable. However, if you are willing to donate the unwanted item to us, we will gladly accept.

7. Sprees may be extended, closed or canceled at any point deemed fit by Gas-Shop. In cases of cancellation, there will be a FULL-REFUND given back.

8. Please do not send in your orders if you are unwilling to wait till after the closing date of the spree for Gas-Shop to submit all the orders together.

9. By sending in your orders, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the Terms & Conditions on Gas-Shop.

10. Gas-Shop holds the right to amend any information on this site without prior notice.

11. Gas-Shop will not be responsible for lost parcel or lost postage during shipping/normal mail/registered mail.

12. We will not entertain Dead-Buyers who do not respond on purpose and delay the sprees. They will be blacklisted and barred from future sprees.

13. Once spree is closed, there will be strictly no more adding in of orders.
